day 5-6 (22&23 April)

The 22nd of April started in the early morning with a mountain bike ride with Matt. We made a bike ride through a beautiful environment just outside the city. Around 11 I went to Rosemary's Dental clinic to help her out with answering phonecalls and making sure the new patients would fill in a form about their dental-health when she was busy with another patient. At home we had dinner and after we all watched a movie together.
Today, the 23rd of April, I again assisted Rosemary in her Clinic from 9 in the moring till 2 in the afternoon. At this time, Matt and Ben came to pick me up to go the military museum. We spend a few hours in here learing about the history of the Canadian army. As you can see in the added picture, a lot of actual army objects and tools were shown to create an interesting and clear picture of the Canadian army over the years. I think this has been a good way to be educated about the history and culture of Canada. And again, an ice-hockey game to finish off the day. ( I have seen about 10 games in 5 days now ).

Leuk om te lezen over je ervaringen in Calgary! Klinkt goed, en mooi dat je meteen wat mee krijgt van de verzekeringstoestanden voor de zorg in landen als Canada. Goed om te zien dat mensen als Rosemary bereid zijn deze mensen toch te helpen.
En ijshockey... daar weet je straks dan alles van ;) Go Flames!
